One thing you need to do when you travel next, is step out of your resorts, step out of your hotels, and talk to the locals. Meet people who live their lives in the places you experience only for a few days, because when you're a tourist you only see things from the outside. You don't get to truly see what the place is all about unless you talk to the people who've lived there their whole lives. There's a whole different world outside of our lives and you get to learn so much when you talk to people who have lives very different from yours. Schools and colleges don't teach you the things that you learn when you travel. It gives you a whole different perspective towards life. I know I'm talking like a wannabe "wanderlust", but I'm not one of those people who show off their luxury travels for self gratification. I used to follow the crowd and post a lot about my travels, not knowing my intentions for doing it. This trip, I actually thought about it. Before posting, I thought "why am I uploading this? What am I getting out of it?" I didn't have an answer. And so I didn't. At the end of the day, you should be happy from the inside when you're traveling, not because you get to show off your pictures, but just looking at them in your gallery. The day you go a whole trip without posting stories trying to show off, and still are happy, it'll be a different kind of satisfaction.
