Every time I travel to a new place, my respect for the hospitality staff grows stronger. To handle tourists with love and calmness is not an easy task. A mere thank you bring a smile on their faces. I tend to always have conversations with them and make friends with them. I guess being around so many people can also get lonely sometimes. Next time you travel, even if you can't afford to tip them, just talk to them. I'm sure it'll make their days better.
