The tool is called Valentin.app. I have used many plugins, chrome extensions, and VPN tools to find what my competitors are doing on Google Search Ads, but not many of them worked correctly.
So basically what Valentin app does is it spoofs a query to Google which gives you search results for a particular Search Term for a geographical area.
Just make sure you have not enabled AdBlocker on your browser so that you can see the ads correctly.
When you're inputting your details, It combines 1.) your query with 2.) a spoofed location, and when you click "search" it sends both to Google.
