The post credit of X men origins - Wolverine where Xavier and Magneto comes together to ask Wolverine/Logan for his help. The movie is set to continue from that point.
The movie starts with Professor Xavier narrating about the sentinels who went out of control of humans and started destroying humans as well as the mutants (if you don't know who are these mutants, you probably should watch pogo channel)

The Wolverine is sent to past with the help of Kitty Pryde (who has special powers to sent someone's mind to the past to his own body while his body in the present remain in coma)
He finds Young Xavier (who is shown as drunkard and who has lost confidence in himself) and Beast.(The ones after X-Men First Class)
Young Xavier takes cure to get his legs back but he loses his powers as the cure conflicts with his DNA.
Wolverine convinces him to fight for the future.
They rescue Magneto from Pentagon with the help of Quick Silver (who was amazingly Hilarious).
Then they set for stopping Mystique from killing Bolivar Trask (who was a dwarf and who saw the rise of mutants as a threat to mankind) who is the creator of the Sentinels.
As the theory says Few ripples in the water won't change the flow of the sea, that contradicts here as few changes in the past cannot change the future. It happens someway or the other (we saw that in the terminator series) . The prof doesn't seem believe in that theory.
The story goes on gripping further and gets more exciting.
The climax of the movie gets more thrilling...

what will happen to Logan?
